Bitr8 is one of those DJs who you just can’t keep tabs on. Bouncy and innovative, looping and stuttering audiences into a state of sheer awe with live bootlegs regularly featuring in his sets. Drawing inspiration from a host of genres across the musical spectrum has helped him become versatile with crowds of every size and taste and by honing his craft in his adopted home of Southampton he’s become a household name, regularly featuring alongside the best DJs and acts in dance music.

It was this exposure which caught the eye of Radio 1 and 1xtra’s Mistajam, who handpicked the genre hopper as one of the residents for ‘Speakerbox’. This led to him hosting a weekly show on Ministry of Sound Radio, whilst simultaneously appearing at the UK’s biggest festivals such as Creamfields and We Are Fstvl and holding residencies at some of the best clubs in the world including the legendary Space Ibiza and BCM Majorca.

Focusing on beats, bass and beyond, he most recently contributed the tracks ‘Budd’ & ‘Explode’ (alongside Thorn) and mixed ‘Yosh Vol 1’ ; a 100% independent collaborative project between some of the UK’s top up and coming acts, reaching number 3 in the iTunes dance album chart!
